“Good, well located hotel”

The best

Helpful staff, comfortable rooms, well located with free parking. Disappointed that there was no bar or restaurant service at lunchtime. We took a half board deal, and the breakfast offer was good, including a cook to order omelette station. Dinner buffet, however, was poor (with the exception of the plancha station). Other hot dishes were not tepid at best. Desserts "industrial", with the bright green jelly a "highlight". We would stay again, but take meals elsewhere.

“A nice looking hotel that needs some work”

The best

We visited this hotel with a car group of 12 sports cars. The underground car park provided us with an access challenge, as most of the cars were relatively low. Our car didn't scrap on the ramp but others did, but we appreciated that the Manager came down to the car park to help us on arrival. In our opinion, the ramp would not be suitable for supercars or very low sports cars. The next issue we had was with the room. We were on the 4th floor, in room 425. It was in the eaves of the hotel, so I hit my head getting out of bed to use the toilet at night and I am only 165cm (5 ft 5 inches). The floor decking had plenty of gaps and the bathroom was exceptionally tired. We also had a 3 generation family using 3 rooms around us, who treated their stay like a hostel and we could hear conversations, something smashing, doors being opened and shut, and children crying well beyond midnight, with the rooms very obviously having little or no sound proofing. The air conditioning was also weak at best, which provided little in the way of cooling. The bar and restaurant areas were actually very nice and the barman was very pleasant and accommodating, so no problems there. Breakfast was really good.

“Lovely clean hotel in the heart of Vielha. We had a good room with a view towards the town and the surrounding mountains. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The shower was excellent as was the bed and bedding. Good WiFi. The lady on reception was so welcoming. · Cons: We thought it that the parking fee for the secure parking was a bit expensive at €15/night as two bikes could easily fit into one car space. There is however, a car park opposite the hotel.”
