Room was very hot, no AC

I asked a question via booking- no respond

The key pad to let you in from the outside is very difficult to read in direct sunlight. There is no shadow on the numbers - so you can't see them. Each dorm has a key pad. If you leave your room during the night to go to the loo, in my case I needed to remember to take my glasses so I can read the numbers on the key pad to get back into the room. The loos and showers were unclean. They need cleaned on a regular basis if you are going to have that many people in the building. There are no staff on site.

It was far from the city center. There is nobody to talk to if you need anything. It works similarly to some Airbnb places where you don’t see the owner.

No communal kitchen even for drinks !!! Restaurants around Vigo don’t open until 8 pm. Not much good after a hard days walk !!! Hard to access entry Hard for those with poor sight !

impersonal, no staff at reception, communication only via mob ph, in spanish, then english on request…difficulty to enter, particularly if mob ph /wifi does not work, insufficent explanation how to enter, only. with help from 🇺🇸guest, who also had trouble working it out, he was a young chap, used to IT !!!! Room different, then on foto, no window to open, lack of fresh air!!! in Shower broken flimsy plastic thing, where to put one‘s own soap etc, no hooks either in bathroom or room to hang things!!!! check in to rooms should be changed to earlier our 22or23 hour, as people need sleep!!! first might ok, second night doneone checked in 00.30 !!! please put person with such late check in in other rooms, or single room… woke with a fright!!!I could not get to sleep for hours thereafter!!!! some people NEED SLEEP!!! Linen was clean, nice! you may want to consider another colour for your walls, it feels like a prison!!!
