Breakfast was great. Location is amazing, close to airport, on the beach, close to bars/restaurants. Staff were very friendly and accommodating when it came to our requests. Very clean.

To be improved

Lunch and dinner were repetitive and lacked variety. The overall quality of food wasnt great. Hotel itself is outdated. Drinks menu very confusing, we went all inclusive and the drinks menu only really specified what wasnt apart of the all inclusive. Instead of using wristbands they use small paper cards to prove your all inclusive which we didnt like, it was a pain to constantly have to remember the cards and everytime we used the cards we had to sign a receipt . Instead of checking the cards as we came in to the restaurant for food, they would check at the table which was annoying especially since they would bother us as we are eating. I dont get why they dont check at the entrance like most other hotels. Pool bar lacked. Entertainment was great but again repetitive. Layout of hotel was confusing, and difficult for us to get to our room, especially with suitcases . This was due to where our room was, as other rooms seemed easier to access.

Martin in the bar was the best member of staff in the hotel and looked after us; shout out to Shaun at the reception too, best member of the reception team by far
