“Perfect Family Getaway in a Peaceful Paradise!”

Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Carla! The house is beautiful, located in a peaceful area – perfect for a family vacation. Communication with the owner, Tomáš, was excellent and very helpful from start to finish. Tenerife itself is an amazing island full of stunning places to explore – we stayed for 10 days and never had a dull moment. Highly recommended!

To be improved

The biggest downside is that the entire holiday – including the accommodation – was so wonderful that now we have to come back soon! ;-)

“Good stay but could have been better!”

There wasn't any dark curtains in the living room. So was very hard to watch TV during daytime. The TV was not connecting to the internet most of the time. We tried rebooting but couldnt resolve it. The wifi signal was very weak in the upstairs bedrooms... The air con in the living room wasnt working - but thankfully it wasnt too hot for most of the days. So wasnt an issue.

“Superb”

The best

Beautiful and amazing house with very spacious rooms. Comfortable beds, nice showers, kitchen very complete with many utensiles to cook, etc. House is in a quiet area, close to beach, supermarket is 10 min walk from the house. Nice heated swimming pool. I would definitely go back.

To be improved

They were small things, but few things to comment on. There were ants specially in the kitchen area. TV was in another language and we could not work out how to use it. It would be good to have it reset to spanish/ english for new guests. The guy cleaning the swimming pool came into the house while we were sunbathing, without calling first. He didnt even knocked the door, and we didnt like that.

“Ideal location & beautiful place for a peaceful time by the ocean”

The best

Best location in the area and may be Tenerife. Quite and beautiful street close to the coast (via a gorgeous golf course) and small pebble or rocky beaches. The villa itself is overall lovely, spacious and comfortable. It provides a view of the ocean and has an “inner garden” with mini golf.

To be improved

- Small fixes here and there needed: eg bedroom door. - Would have liked extra duvets as it gets chilly at night. - Great few restaurant recommendations, but would have liked a bit more tips and tricks about the area and how to take advantage of its facilities: i.e. beaches, paths to the beach, pram-friendly paths. In all fairness though, I did not message the host to request more of the above.

“Mostly positive could do with a little TLC”

Large spacious and modern with a well equipped kitchen. Good pool nice and warm and in a quiet area. Plenty of bathrooms and good showers. Great direction and help from Tom.

To be improved

The beds were very hard and not very comfy. Not particularly clean ie under the beds and sofa. Felt it could do with a deep clean. Pool is a little tired paint peeling off and the area around the pool was incredibly slippery when wet so not ideal with children. The WiFi is very weak so had to use our hotspot. The gates are very stiff to open and close.
