The best
1. Location is excellent... IF you're going to party all night in Las Américas. If you want to sleep at night, look for another place or take earplugs with you :) The apartment itself is nice, but NOISY! It gets quiet around 4-5 AM.
2. Cleaning lady was very attentive, the apartment was clean.
3. Bed was comfortable, coffee machine, hob, Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube etc.
To be improved
1. Communication is AWFUL. No information given about payment or entering the apartment (except a message with "sistem take, don't worry"... well, "sistem" didn't take!)
2. Entering the apartment... Oh my God! If someone had told me this story, I would have thought it's a joke -> When booking, I gave arrival time between 17:00 - 18:00, which was accepted. On our arrival day, my phone rang ONCE and I had to call back :) I told the lady we'll arrive around 17:30. At about 17:00 I got a "one-ring" call again, picked up, but nothing. Called back... no answer. I sent an SMS that we'll be there in 20 minutes. Yet, when we arrived, around 17:30, nobody was there. I called, she said she'll be there in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later, still nothing. After about 30 minutes, she drops in, visibly annoyed... I asked whether she saw my SMS. She said no, but that she called me and no one answered, and she's not working today anyway. Well, big f... DOH... I'm soooo sorry that we chose to arrive on her day off! I mean... is this for real?! She was almost insulted that we had bothered her and she had to come all the way there from the beach, where she was having her well deserved tan! LOL! If I'd have to review the place based solely on this, I'd give it a -10 :)
3. NOISY! Yeah, location is AWESOME, you step out and after a few meters you're on the beach... albeit, NOT a sand beach, but a 10-15 minute walk and you're on a nice sand beach. But prepare to not be able to sleep all night due to the parties in the area!
4. Wonderful house, but maintenance is ZERO (we had to "repair" some stuff ourselves so that they'd work while we're there). It's like they're just milking the cow and don't care for her health.
5. No air conditioning! We had to ask for a fan. Cleaning lady was great though, and brought us one in no time.
