The location was good being near the beach and the train station and was a quick trip into Barcelona.

To be improved

The hotel made me switch rooms after the first night, from a lovely room to a much smaller, dingy room where the air con smelt terrible and the shower flooded. The breakfast was quite poor and I felt uncomfortable as a solo female anyway with there being no other guests and just 4 men who worked at the hotel sitting around. I never saw another guest the whole time so I don't know why I had to move rooms.

Was clean, and staff was kind and breakfast was fair.

To be improved

The information providencia by booking is not accurate, there many facilities indicated that are no there in the room at all, it’s much more spartian than explained, not coffee maker, or sitting area, or even chair in the room. Also the bathroom was in very poor condition, leaking etc. The safe didn’t work and they could not do anything, to be said the staff didn’t speak spanish, Catalan or English, hence communication was very difficult. The price is absolutely disproportionate to what is offered.

I Didn’t enjoy the stay

To be improved

The room was cheap, no blackouts , basic installations. Not good beds nor sheets. Not good breakfast. To sum up, it is cheap and should improve A LOT the installations
