It lacked some basic commodities, especially considering short stays. We didn't get any shampoo or shower gel, the hand soap was almost empty, no laundry detergent, cooking oil, coffee capsules, sugar, etc. Half of the pots, pans and kitchenware did not work with the induction stove, including the coffee maker we went and bought coffee for (which is why we were annoyed about the lack of coffee capsules, since it's not like you want to buy a whole box and then leave 70% of it). We also got a single roll of toilet paper and had to ask for more. We did the same for the hand soap but they didn't have any. Similarly, all cleaning things are inside a forbidden cupboard, so there wasn't even a broom, though this is a beach apartment. This is more of a personal complaint and not everyone might agree. The owner charges between 20€ and 50€ if you accidentally lock yourself out of the apartment. I understand she has to come and open for you and that's a hassle, but the way I see it, that is part of having a hotel-like service like this one. I specifically do not use Airbnb to avoid this type of thing and I understood this was run by a company, so I was surprised that this was not the case.
