Nice location, comfy apartment, close to the beach.

To be improved

Poor parking facility, when you find something finally during the night the car gets touched by someone. I have to live with the damage. Another annoying thing, is this Spanish girl who knows that ringing downstairs on the bell on 4-1the door gets open directly, so she like to ring just like this on 22h30. Not so nice.

The best

Nice appartment with a balcony large enough to have a meal with 6 persons. Well organised. Comfortable sofa. 10mn walk from the train station which is 40 mn away from Barcelona city center. Trains are every 10 or 15mn. Lots of shops around the appartment and easy walk to the beach. It is very nice to be away from the big tourist attractions and also close enough to visit.

To be improved

It would be nice to have 2 keys instead of just one.

“Enjoyable apartment and neighborhood (apart for the parking!)”

Nicely appointed apartment, nice kitchen and easy check-in. Terrace is enjoyable and the neighborhood is great.

To be improved

Difficult and unsafe parking in the neighborhood. The parking offered by the landlord is a total joke. For €15 a day, the landlord provides you the keys to an extremely inconvenient parking space. It is at the bottom of a very steep ramp and is unbelievably narrow, dark and impossible for any medium to large vehicle to park. Should not charge customers for such an inconvenient parking space.
