“Ok for a short stay”

Location was good for us, we took the train to Barcelona which was nice as it goes along the sea. Spacious property with good facilities, I made use of the washing machine.

To be improved

Located on a main road which is noisy. The floors were not clean at all, I walked around without shoes on and the bottom of my feet were black, recommend wearing shoes at all times in doors. The security deposit took too long to come back, it should come back on check out but it took 3 days and I had to contact the owner to get the money refunded. The car park is not easy to get to once you arrive, you have to navigate to a back street to be able to pull over near the property, you then need to go and collect the key for the parking, drive to the car park, and then use a key card and a remote control to open 2 gates before walking back to the property with all your luggage. All in all it was a bit stressful as we had a long journey, wouldn't recommend for unfit or disabled as the parking is on the -3 level with stairs.

That we did not know we had to wait long time after 5 pm and were not able to leave luggage at least upon arrival which affected first day They did not know how dryer of washer worked We left an electrical transformer no one knew about it They took long time for refund

Good access to shops and restaurants. Good transport links into Barcelona. Property spotlessly clean, bright and airy. Fabulous shower.

The sofa was a bit uncomfortable, could do with blinds or curtains for bedroom windows, felt a bit overlooked

We truly enjoyed our holiday at Vilasarmalux II 🙂. The property is beautiful, had everything we need for a comfortable stay and also very clean. All the communication made with the property staff was very helpful, professional and without any delays. Vilassar de Mar is a real gem, a lovely city that we were happy to discover. The train station is a few minutes away from the property as well as the beach and local amenities.
