“Superb”

The best

Absolutely loved this villa, the size, the beds were so comfortable, the pool was a great size and the outside area was just what we needed for both the day time and the evenings. Was super close to the Spar which was a great little supermarket. The host Eve was absolutely brilliant, if we needed anything she was there to sort it. Would absolutely go back to this villa if I come back to the area which is likely.

To be improved

Nothing really other than if I'm being picky, some maintenance needs carrying out on door & window handles.

“Loved it all and would recommend!”

The best

We are just back home after a fantastic holiday at Villa 3! The accommodation was very good, clean and had everything we needed including a washing machine and having a BBQ was really good too. The pool was a great size for a family of six and loved having it to ourselves. We would go back again as we enjoyed both the accommodation and the area so much.

To be improved

No air conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms made sleeping difficult in the high heat at night.

Great facilities on site - Club Mar Menor provides food and drinks all day, a pool, padel courts, crazy golf, gym as well as on site hotel and loads of great restaurants within walking distance

Pool and pool area were great , close to a supermarket and lots of bars and restaurants.

To be improved

Poor communication from owner about key box code, arrived with no access code. Eventually got in after an hour. We had no hot water for 6 days out of 7 as the boiler broke down. Arrived and no sheets on beds ( had to make own beds) First day the toaster blew all the electrics. Upstairs sun terrace unusable as was filthy as was bbq area. Other cleanliness issues roof fans were covered in dust. Booking.com tried to get us some compensation regarding issues but owner did not respond.

Amazing stay . We were welcome really well. Amazing villa . Clean very spectacular. Everything what you need there . We went with 2 children and grandmother and all were very happy with stay. The owner provide Everything what you need and its always to help if you need anything. I recommend 100%.
