“Great family villa”

The best

Excellent size of villa. There were 9 of us and we felt we all had plenty of space indoors and out. The villa was clean and there was a wee welcome pack of bread, milk, jam, butter, wine and juice which was much appreciated as we arrived late evening. The pool was fab, especially for the kids as it was heated. We also enjoyed the use of the hot tub. Very comfortable sunbeds. Great to have air conditioning in each room. Large Lidl supermarket just a 5 minute drive away which was excellent for our 'big shop'. Also, the small shop just a 5-10 minute walk up the hill has all the essentials you need. It's a 20-25 minute walk down to the beach. We enjoyed Aqualava water park which was just a 10 minute walk from the villa. Jerry who met us on arrival was lovely and walked us through all the villa's facilities and was just a WhatsApp message away if needed. We had a later return flight and the owners very kindly allowed us to stay longer than the check out time which allowed for a stress free last day! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend Villa 64 Vista Lobos 😊

“Shame about the pool”

The best

Property was good for a group - 5 bedrooms and all are good size with a double bed. Spacious. Kitchen and dining room fine. Property clean. The facilities team were friendly and quick to answer queries, they also kindly allowed us a late check-out as the property was not booked until following night.

To be improved

The property advertised a heated swimming pool, however the pool did not feel as if it was heated. I raised this with the management company and was told that due to the time of year (end of May) that there would not be enough sun to raise the water temperature (it is heated by solar power) - the heated pool is listed as a major feature of this property and so disappointing if it is effectively not available for large portions of the year. Sound travels a lot in the area the house is in - we were unlucky in that on one side was a family with screaming children and on the other a group of young adults blasting out dance music, but the proximity of properties to each other does raise the risk of that.

Lots and lots of space for everyone . Outdoor facilities were excellent. Little touches indoors with everything you need in the kitchen was great. Close enough to main area Support staff were brilliant and always prompt with responses. Ideal family space Would return again !

To be improved

For some rooms it would be good to have singles bed options instead of all doubles but No biggie we were all still very comfortable And the electricity issues seems to be still there with the trip switching, a minor inconvenience but I have read back on previous feedback and it seems to be ongoing .
