“Amazing all rounder”
The best

Excellent location with many nearby restaurants & shops, a real selection high fine dining & affordable choices, the beach is on your doorstep. Its marketed as 2 double bedrooms, yet there is a 3rd bedroom adjacent to the main bedroom that sleeps another 2, it would be fine for 4 adults plus 2 children. Nice sized heated pool, for the price it is very hard to beat We were greeted with a selection of ham & a bottle of wine on the kitchen table which was nice, with all the amenaties you could ask for We have stayed at over 15 villas before & never considered re-visiting one, until now.

To be improved

If an inexpensive one way mirror film or tint was applied to the boundary glass, it would of feel a lot more private for me, the premises is quite close to a fairly busy public pathway along the beach & passers by do look on in envy

The best

We loved our stay at the villa! It was the perfect place for our two young kids of 0 and 2 years old, with a gorgeous view, heated pool (and a shallow area in it), combined with beach, restaurants and plenty of playgrounds nearby. We would love to come back!

To be improved

The area around the swimming pool is extremely slippery! Be careful with kids

very clean & comfortable villa overlooking the sea, owners are very helpful & welcoming, swimming pool & outside space perfect for a relaxing stay, shops & restaurants within easy walking distance, would not hesitate to return

“Beautiful and restorative”
The best

This is a really beautiful property with lots of character. The villa is clearly a much loved family home full of treasures. It is in the prime location for Playa Bastian, close to the beach, we enjoyed listening to the waves at night, and close to shops. There's a small supermarket at the end of the road and many great restaurants easy to walk to.

To be improved

Can't think of any down sides for us. We loved it and hope to go back next year. We noticed that everybody looks up from the promenade at the gorgeous villa. You are a little on display but its a very safe and friendly area so this wasn't a problem.

“Stunning 🥰”
The best

The villa was absolutely beautiful, home from home. The art work in the villa was 100% the villa had everything you can imagine, the pool, the BBQ area fantastic, outside area was stunning. You wake up every morning with the pleasure of the sun and beach right there.
