Villa Aguasol

ANTS! The kitchen and bathroom was full of ants, cupboards in the kitchen were stinking like mold. The toilets were dirty upon arrival. Upon booking we were redirected to outsource website to continue booking, which felt weird. contact with the company was random. We were denied earlier check-in (i contacted the „owner” just when we arrived at the property that my daughter was sick and in need to lay down), because of the cleaning that was suppose to happen. We waited for 2 hours in the car in front of the property, no one ever came to clean anything. Pity. No heating and no manual for aircon. I will avoid that company and their listings even if I travel to Menorca often.
