The oven didn't work well

This was a very disappointing Villa, the worst I’ve stayed in and I stay in villas every year when first entering the villa the welcome pack that we’d paid for wasn’t there so was pointless as we had to make a trip to the shops straight away , when it did arrive wasn’t that great. The Villa smelt of old and damp as did all drawers , wardrobes and cupboards so made all our clothes smell not enough hangers no spare toilet rolls other villas I’ve stayed in have had at least one spare , no oven gloves!! you’d think a necessity with an oven there and really old knives and forks and hairs in the drawer and fridge so not cleaned properly. No pool/beach towels to use which other villas have had and are in the photos so misleading and I did ask pre arriving and wasn’t answered , the loungers were old and perished ready for someone to fall straight through them and with a price list in the kitchen if you break anything was laughable. This Villa needs serious updating/refurbishing. Couldn’t believe Villa Plus have put their name to this!!
