“Perfect stay - fantastic villa.”

The best

It was a great space for us and our 3 kids (7, 11 & 12). The pool was great, warm and a good size. The outdoor space was fab, plenty of room and well kept. The indoor space was also excellent and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and was useful to have a washing machine. The dining space was fab and perfect for us all to sit around and eat or play games in the evenings. The beds were comfortable and loved that there was loads of wardrobe space and actually plenty of hangers. Bathrooms spacious and nice to have hairdryers in each. Overall, a fab villa with everything we needed.

To be improved

Problem with the oven on the week we arrived which couldn’t be helped and owners sorted a temporary oven which was fine for our stay and so they dealt with the issue quickly.

“Relaxing, all the home comforts we could want, a few minor improvements needed.”

The best

We liked how well finished the villa was, its in a lovely quiet location at the end of a cul de sac on a private residence. We were familiar with the area and how to get around on foot and by bus and happily used the cut through between the villa and Faro park shops and restaurants, so didn't need a car, others may want to a car to get around. Appreciated the mid holiday clean and change of sheets.

To be improved

The air-conditioning is not throughout the villa, the units in the two downstairs bedrooms were largely ineffective. For our stay in October this wasn't a significant issue but we wouldn't book to stay here during the summer for this reason. We also weren't aware from the villa description on booking.com that we had to pay for the air conditioning. Again this wasn't an issue for us as the rate is very reasonable but it should be clearer. There were no instructions on the appliances or a welcome pack of information on the villa and local supermarkets, transport. Despite this the villa company were very responsive.
