This is a beautiful spacious property in a beautiful part of Seville. We travelled as a family of 11 people and couldn’t have selected a more convenient location. Everything is in walkable distance. Tourist attractions were walkable and easy to get to. The property manager, Carmen, was super helpful accessible. She gave a great tour of the space so we knew exactly where anything was if we needed it. Staying in the villa was a dream. We felt teleported in time yet still enjoyed all the modern touches. Beautiful views of the city from the terrace. The home had everything we needed. The premises was super safe, neighbors were very kind. Someone even helped us with parking one night when we couldn’t find street parking. I would def recommend Villa Alfonso to anyone wanting to stay in Seville.

To be improved

We had one small issue with ants in one of the bedrooms but just attributed that to the heat. I would get the property treated as there were a lot of ants on the outside of the house.

“Perfect stay!”

The property itself is breath taking. It has a lot of it's original features and is the nicest accommodation I have ever stayed in. All of the bedrooms were large, bathroom facilities were fantastic and everywhere very clean. Rooftop is amazing with lovely views of the gardens and indoor communal space was very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more. We were met at the property and given a tour and the staff were lovely and responsive. They helped organise airport transfers for us making our stay very relaxed. It takes ~20 minutes to stroll to the centre through the gardens.

“Absolutely amazing”

Everything about this villa was perfect. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures only give away half of it! The terrace in the sunshine was the cherry on the top too. Location wise it was just brilliant. Right next to the park for runs and coffee with a 20 min walk in the sun to the center of town. Just perfect.

I had an amazing stay at this villa in Seville! The place had everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been more perfect – it was incredibly central and just steps away from all the main attractions. Being right opposite the park was a lovely bonus, providing beautiful views and a peaceful spot to relax. The highlight was definitely the stunning roof terrace – the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sunset. The host was fantastic too, very friendly and always ready to help with any questions we had. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Seville!
