“Very simple room, fine if you need to visit the university early in the morning as I did”

The man on the front desk was very helpful, the location was perfect. It's a short walk to the university campus. The room has ample light and good curtains.

To be improved

The towels had a very suspect stain on them, and the linen had debris. It did not feel like I was getting into a clean bed! There wasn't a quality quilt but two blankets. So the first evening I was very cold. The bed didn't have a base, so during the night the two single beds pushed together parted and I slipped into the "gap". The products in the bathroom were low quality and irritated my skin. The shower was fast and hot but there was visible mould which should have been removed. The walls were also paper thin and I heard the man int he room next door talking on his phone through the night, coughing and snoring. Although there is one door you open which has a small sink (minus a kettle or anything useful though) and then the door to the bedroom. The man who was in the room next to me left it open during the night and I felt unsafe, as well as the light on. The night before the room was empty and noise free so I didn't have this problem. If they improved the cleanliness of the linen and towels and the quality a little it would help.

“Very good value for price”

The best

Very clean room, with everything you can expect for the price. Very close to the university campus, with very nice and helpful staff. Good wifi, good AC, the bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of room to store your things. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be close to the university.

To be improved

It can be a bit noisy if you have noisy neighbours because the walls are very thin and not soundproof at all so you can hear the TV or phone of your neighbour. I did but my neighbours's sleeping hours matched mine so it ended up not being a problem. Bring earplugs just in case!

didn't like the noise coming from the apartment above, it was every day around 11-12 o'clock. Someone was moving chairs or something and since it is all marble floors, sound proofing is not good. But all in all, decent stay. Maybe a bit to pricey for the value.
