Villa Andres

Location was a 5 min walk to a local supermarket and next door was Iceland & Waitrose. Local restaurant and cafe bar was also within 5 mins walk. Further bars and restaurants by the most gorgeous harbour was approx 15 mins walk along a promenade . Access to the promenade was just beyond the local supermarkets and you could then walk all the way to Playa Blanca. We booked this villa not knowing the area as we have never been to Lanzarote. Upon a late arrival there was a welcome hamper waiting for us with bread cheese ham biscuits milk etc which was very thoughtful. The villa was well equipped just like home from home. There was comfy sun loungers for us to use around the pool. BBQ on site which we used 3/4 times. Overall a wonderful time and always a quick response to any questions from our host Alex.

Size of villa was just right and included everything you need for cooking,ironing,2 bathrooms etc.

The Villa is perfect for a chilled family or couples holiday. It was very well equipped with loads of extra’s. We arrived late but were welcomed to the villa with a free selection of food & drinks. Which helped greatly for making kids sandwiches.

Fabulous property, very spacious and comfortable. Bed linen and towels also changed during our stay and had everything you could wish for in the kitchen. The welcome food packs was excellent and so very kind of the hosts who were a joy to deal with. This is one of the best villas I have ever stayed at.

Lovely Villa, very pleasant manager, nothing was too much trouble, spotlessly clean including the pool. In a nice quite residential area with excellent facilities, will definitely stay again .

The property was fitted out to a high standard. Four very comfortable sun loungers, a good sized pool and beautiful little touches in the courtyard and bathroom. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The travel cot we requested was not set up due to a miscommunication but the property manager dealt with it within 40 minutes and was extremely polite and helpful. The fan provided in the utility room was very powerful and useful at night. We paid EUR150 for the heated pool and it was definitely worth it. Something to bear in mind is that the pool is very deep 1m 60cm (great for adults but was a bit tricky for us with younger kids). The stairs into the pool were however useful for toddlers to have a little splash without going for a full on swim.
