“Really great villa for a family holday. Inside and outside space all very good. We would stay again.”
The best

Location is excellent, quiet surroundings and amazing views but a short walk into the centre of Port de Pollensa and a 5 min walk to a big supermarket. Garden and pool are excellent, BBQ area very nice too.

To be improved

One of the three bathrooms is poor, but other two are newly renovated and excellent. Aircon in one bedroom was noisy and therefore could not be used at night. Aircon in general is quite an old system.

Location and proximity to the beach is great. The pool area is beautiful.

To be improved

No towels for the sun loungers. The kitchen could be better equipped with more pans and cooking dishes.

The best

Easy walk to Bus station and Supermarket. Kitchen well appointed for meal prep. Beds comfortable. Wifi was fixed promptly after we called management.

To be improved

There were no basic supplies such as soap for laundry and dishwasher, garbage bags, extra toilet paper on site. Some noise from neighbors and nearby dog kennel. Wifi did not work at first.

Very accommodating in terms of of need for an early checkin! And prompt in dealing with Internet Connectivity problem.

To be improved

No basic supplies offered: Paper towels, Dishwasher soap, Laundry soap, Shower Gel, Shampoo, Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Garbage bags, etc. Broken wine opener.
