Communication was lacking regarding cancellation and check-in details.
Location is ideal, close to the beach, attractions, and supermarket.
Great appliances and a nice garden area, though the pool was overshadowed.
Rooms were well equipped and spacious, but lacked cooling options.
Good value considering the amenities, despite some drawbacks.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
“An amazing place to stay, if not a bit loud”
The location is amazing - just a short walk from the beach, attractions and main strip, while still being far enough out to avoid distractions. It is also close to the Dunes which are a great natural attraction to visit. The place was tidy and included great appliances such as a coffee pod machine, kettle, microwave and smart TV. There was a good amount of storage both in the bedrooms and in the kitchen for everything you would need to bring and buy, and it is only a couple minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. The garden was nice and semi-private, with deck chairs, bean bags and a table. The pool was nice and clean, with a cleaning filter that floats around. The rooftop terrace also had a table and a couple of chairs - the view wasn't anything special, but it was an amazing sun trap. They also provided towels and some basic toiletries. A really nice touch was a list of local restaurants, bakeries, bars and attractions sent via WhatsApp which we could refer to. There were no surprise visits or check-ins, it was a nice peaceful stay.
We were unaware and weren't told when booking that the Villa is opposite a building development. The builders start at 7:30am every day except Sunday, which could be quite loud with the windows open. With the windows closed they could barely be heard, but with no fan on the property, it was a choice between noise and heat. Despite this, I would still recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while visiting Corallejo.
“Superb”
Spacious, private, clean, private pool, always on-street parking available, quiet.
Nothing.
“Disappointing”
The Villa was spacious and clean.
The Villa was opposite a noisy building site. When I complained to the owners they said that ad the weather was good they hoped I could work round it. However I think that the property photos are misleading as there is no evidence of the huge excavation and building area. There are diggers and noisy cranes. Also, water came in when it rained and flooded the floor in the dining area.
