“Spacious villa, great toys, basic provisions lacking”

The best

Loved the pool, table tennis & pool table. Lots of space inside for 3 couples, never felt on top of one another and very comfortable, nice big beds. Great location, 15 min walk to bars, restaurants and shops although car is recommended. Cleaners came in on their bank holiday (Epiphany) to empty bins and change towels.

To be improved

Unfortunately when we arrived the villa hadn't been cleaned due to a bank Holiday the day before. People are entitled to a day off but that should be factored into rotas (big company not local let). After setting off at 5 am, all we wanted was a shower and to get settled but had to wait another 90 minutes. Basic provisions such as salt, pepper, bin liners not provided (or left when other guests depart). Bathroom waste not able to go into toilet in Lanzarote, so at least provide replacement bags for bathroom bins. Cleaners came back mid way through stay but only to empty bins and change towels, which is fine if cleaning materials are available for guests to use, the mop was filthy and we had to buy cleaning spray, washing up liquid, cloths etc....

“A great place to stay”

The best

This villa is superb, it is huge! There is no expense spared with the fixtures and fittings. The beds (and pillows) are very comfortable, the whole place is clean and the showers are great in all three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bath in the en suite, the rest are walk in showers. Each bedroom has it's own aircon unit and TV. There is also an aircon unit and TV in the lounge area. The aircon units are very efficient and cool the villa down quickly. The pool was attended to twice while there. The cleaner came in part way through and replaced the towels and emptied the bins (nothing extra can go down the toilet) The mini golf was great, as was the pool table and table tennis. The villa is in a quiet area of Playa Blanca. Although it is a semi-detached villa, we really didn't hear the neighbours at all. There is a driveway to park your hire car. We will definitely be back again.

To be improved

There was some building work going on across the road. This was a minor inconvenience as it was quiet in the villa, but something to be aware of!

Great location. Super villa, clean, modern, fairly well equipped, brilliant would definitely like to come back.

To be improved

A few useful items like some basic stock cupboard supplies like salt, pepper, washing up liquid would be helpful. Also a clothes line to dry clothes or rail would be very helpful. There’s a washing machine but nothing to hang clean clothes on.
