The best

Excellent location, excellent property, excellent value for money. The hosts could not have been more friendly and helpful always available if required and responded immediately. The property was easy to find and within short distance of local amenities and the main resort (car recommended). Had a great relaxing time and would highly recommend.

Good location, key collection facilities, good fridge/freezer size, washing machine good, good size television, lots of out door sitting areas, good view across Playa Blanca to the sea, bali bed good, sun loungers ok (foam on the pads not good, swimming pool nice and clean, beds fairly comfortable. A few basics were provided for when we first arrived - which was a nice touch. The hosts were easy to contact and usually got any issues resolved that day/the following day.

To be improved

Kitchen work tops need replacing - veneer burnt/broken off (that's what peoples deposits are for!), dishwasher fell apart and had to be replaced - but with another "old one", WIFI code was wrong, had to look at router to find out what it was, couldn't switch on Netflix/Prime - had to use our own fire stick, bathrooms a bit tired - some areas of tiling filled and cracker, it was a shower over the bath in both en-suite and bathroom with a shower curtain - so not pleasant. Bedrooms a bit small and kitchen layout a bit cramped in areas. Bath towels and pool towels - some had holes and were tatty along the edge, could have done with more crockery. Some of the floor wasn't cleaned. Foam pads on sun beds need replacing as they are coming apart. Although we didn't use it, the BBQ needs cleaning!
