Villa Aroa by Villalia

Garden furniture slightly dated and we had to give the couch a wipe down.

Most unrelaxing stay ive ever had on 1st impressions the villa looked lovely we arrived on a Sunday and noticed the villa next door was being renovated thought no more of it until the builders turned up Monday morning well the noise was so loud we had to shut all the doors and sit inside I messaged the management and was told that they were aware and in contact with the owner and that they were sorry after another 2 days of same noise and trying to make the best out of our holiday I reached again to management they once again apologised and said there was nothing they could do except move us to a villa in peurto del Carmen this wasn't acceptable as we booked playa blanca and that's where we wanted to be. We spent the remainder of our stay in town on the beach or out as we couldn't stand the noise. We even sent videos of this to the management. Now I know this is Out of their control but they fully knew these works were taking place and did not inform us before arrival I would never of stayed here having known. The villa itself is ok but they have a cockroach problem in the kitchen which is just gross but atleast they are quiet! The shower in the master bedroom floods the whole bathroom the furniture is tired and dirty the bedding has no protectors on them so your smelling other people's sweat on the pillows the cleaners came in once on a 11 night stay and didn't really do much overall we haven't had a great experience which is such a shame as I've never had a bad villa stay in playa blanca safe to say I won't be using this company again and I pity anyone who has booked for the next few weeks as the building work is nowhere near completed and I'm currently listening to drills on our last day.

Outlook, outdoor space very bare, neighbours dogs constantly barking. Shower floods very easily due to design

No issues experienced and no suggestions.
