what is the things were advertised at the property which either didn’t work or weren’t there. There was no table tennis, a wonderful outdoor kitchen area but the pizza oven didn’t work and was actually filled with paint and DIY tools. Swimming pool had a really large chunk missing out the steps which sliced open one of our family members legs, and when we contact them, they promised someone would come out to look at it to fix it but they never did. quite a few of the kitchen tools were broken or didn’t work. Cafetière unusable, pain is provided for an induction hob which didn’t register so therefore couldn’t be used. with a large family staying in a self catering villa we needed these. No welcome pack with local information was provided, it would have been great for bus times, local wood suppliers for heating/log burner as a few days of our holiday were really stormy and cool and we had no means of heating.
