Stayed here on 2 jan2025 till the 11th jan2025 On the day we arrived we were met by one of the host to which he said the oven was away for repair as we had just arrived and travelled for 9 hrs we just assumed that it would be back in the kitchen like the next day but it never came back until the seventh day of our 9 night stay . As we contacted then after day 2 we asked when it would be back to which they could not answer after contacting them daily it eventually turned up on day 7 .We booked this villa because of the location and facilities ,and as a oven is quite important when you’re on a self catering holiday for a family we had to dine out a lot more than anticipated ,there was a hob and microwave but no good for pizza / chips/ wedges /casseroles/chicken and other things we would have cooked .As I paid 1830 euros for 9 nights at this property I would expect the owner to compensate us appropriately to which he gave 100 euros which doesn’t buy food in restaurants for 6 days for a family after many days of calls to booking.com and texting host nothing was or is a satisfactory conclusion after reading recent reviews in December 2nd it was reported the oven was broken even then but they still let us travel to the villa without notice from host or booking.com .We would have changed properties on this basis .After the host emailed booking.com tonight saying I was just after money I find this very disrespectful as it is more about the way we are being treated and an appropriate refund .Stayed here 2 times before and always enjoyed our stay but this time has made us see that the property is in decline by the Peter and Nico who service and manage it even though all the oven troubles this now is my honest review of our stay this time .

Cooker didn’t work, was being repaired

Oven didn’t work, Washing machine jumped all over the place when spinning, No documentation on how to use TV,cooker,etc…
