property was filthy and mouldy. broken appliances and cracked marble worktop. bathrooms were filthy and mouldy. old sweet wrappers and filth between sofa cushions. Sofa was ripped. Had to get extra blankets as property was so cold and no heating in the bathrooms. One bedroom had no hanging space. only six coat hangers in a five bedroomed property, The curtains were not wide enough for some windows. Mouldy sunbeds, shabby patio furniture. Plus holidays sent out cleaners the second day who were concerned with the mould as it is dangerous and we had a small baby with us. Not all the mould could be removed and the property needed redecorating. We stayed ten days but there was no cleaning after a week and no clean sheets or towels.

No basics in the kitchen; had to pick up the keys from a different location; no cleaner after first week; one of the bathroom sinks and bathroom doors were faulty

Downstairs shower leaked over the floor it seems to need resealing round the bottom It would have been helpful to have some information in the villa about local facilities and attractions

Blinds/curtains in the bedrooms could be improved. The bathroom downstairs is too small for the 3 bedrooms and could go with blocking the link to the upstairs bathroom via the shared window. Another small table for outside would be good. Also a table and chairs on the balcony would allow it to be used and the views appreciated.

Main window from Kitchen area to patio is approximately 2.5m high and 4m long. It is completely cracked throughout in multiple places extending over the entire sheet of glass. It is an eyesore and very unsafe likely to fall onto occupants. This was known to the managing Agent, yet nobody advised. Having an under three-year-old in our party it was entirely unsatisfactory and very dangerous. All showers in all rooms are ill maintained, mildew, mould, and leaking. Shower door seals are old brittle and discoloured, one shower head cracked/ broken and giving a significant outward jet of water soaking the floor. All showers in all rooms need maintenance, re sealing, cleaning, and tidying. There is zero evidence that simple maintenance has been addressed. A plant pot in the rear outside pool area was filled with used cigarette ends and paper tissues, not clean for our occupation. Wall fittings are lose and need resecuring, typically bedside wall lamps, toilet roll holders hanging off the walls. Externally there are several wires appearing to be positioned for wall lights just left looped and without fittings. The downstairs hall into bedrooms smells of damp constantly, likely the leaking showers on that, and the above floor where shower trays leak significantly. Basin drain plugs not working. The top oven does not work. There is an electrical connection problem actuated via the door which cuts the oven out. This needs adjustment to use the oven. There are several curtain rails throughout the villa that are lose, with the curtains ill hung, clips missing, and poles broken. The general design of the villa is not child safe as advertised.. It has dangerous unguarded areas of stairs and bathroom floors at the front of building in several places representing architectural features which also by design facilitates two storey unprotected drops off the edges of floors.
