“Shame, Not worth the money!”

The best

The location of the property was great and a good size for our family, nice pool and bonus of a hot tub, the sun terrace was nice too, but that’s about all.

To be improved

The property is tired and could do with some money spent on it, it was pretty dirty when we arrived, the outside area was gritty with debris in areas and the inside was dusty in parts, the sun loungers need replacing to some newer ones too, the bathrooms were clean though. Unfortunately nothing is left in the villa for you to use to clean up, a vacuum would of been nice so we could keep on top of the dirty floor but there was an extra cleaning charge which we felt was really unfair considering what we paid to stay. The dustpan and brush was not sufficient enough to clean up. When you are paying a large sum you expect a property to be fully equipt with enough household items. Such a shame as it could be a lovely villa.

Lots of space, good sized pool, good location. Great views from the roof.

To be improved

We didn’t realise aircon was pay by the hour, so make sure to stock up on €1 euro coins.. not very clear when booking. Pool and hot tub were quite dirty when we arrived, however someone came to clean them after a few days and messages to the host. Beware steps in pool were in the deep end, so quite difficult to get in and out for shorter or older guests - we had to put a plastic step in. Loads of ants in the kitchen, couldnt leave any food on the side or in lower cupboards - even cereal boxes. Also a few cockroaches around, however sort of expected in lanzarote!

The best

Beautiful clean villa loved the hot tub and 3 bathrooms everything you need and two lovely seating areas downstairs. lovely rooftop terrace in a nice area although a bit out of the town. Very friendly professional management was always available and even rang me a taxi as mine let me down. Fully recommend this villa we loved it

Dishwasher doesn't wash well.

“Beautiful villa with lots of special touches,super for family and friends holidays”

The best

We loved the space and privacy the attention to detail and the quiet location, it was a little inland than we have experienced before, but it was not a problem as we had a car.

To be improved

We did not find the seating in the living room comfortably, great for meeting family but lacking in comfort, but we loved the 2 alternative seating in the outdoor area. The hot tub was wonderful, the tennis table,and football table,the goal for ball games,and the wonderful games cupboard for adults and children, too many things to mention, everything about this villa is exceptional. Book it you won't be disappointed, we can't wait to return.
