Villa Axular with Heated Private Pool

Pool was meant to be heated but was freezing, reported as an issue but not fixed and remained very cold unfortunately.

No contact from booking com with access details had to contact host from the airport if your a stresser not good On arrival discovoured there a private access code!!!! For gate Host very quick to answer though Bedding and pillows :( if you like nice bedding take your own Not enough towels 1 dishcloth No pool towels or sunbed cushions sunbeds are uncomfortable Washing machine sounds like an aeroplane taking off! Need proper black out curtains in 2nd bedroom no key to open window to close shutters 3rd bedroom more like a cupboard off livingroom Be like an oven in the summer Not really a 3 bed only one sofa in livingroom if you all want to watch telly Very small pillows more like cushions Very weird

Would like to have had more condiments, cleaning materials. surface cleaner Would like some form of toiletry other than bared soap There was a drain smell coming out of the drain in the conservatory area one evening

communication need to be slightly improved as all customers would be be speaking in English. Whatsapp responses would be expected promptly to help sort any minor or major concerns.
