Superb villa. Large inside and out. Kitchen utensils totally there. Outside pool, jacuzzi and seating area fantastic.

To be improved

Nothing. 20 minutes walk to beach / bars/restaurants

“Perfect location, great sized & appointed villa; a few minor improvements could be implemented.”

We have stayed at another property in this location before, so we were familiar with the complex; the location is ideal for us, the villa is roomy, spacious and clean. Facilities were good, including a fab tv, fusball and pool tables, and lovely sofas.

To be improved

The final email was never sent from the host, so unfortunately I did have to call on arrival to get the code for the lock box, but this was rectified immediately. We couldn't log into the host's tablet to get the welcome info; I contacted them to let them know but it wasn't rectified. The wifi didn't work upstairs. We were given one set of towels each for the week, but unfortunately the property didn't have one single hook in bathrooms or bedrooms to hang the towels from to dry or store them. The pool water was very murky on arrival, and only improved after the pool was cleaned on day 3 or 4. The kitchen is well appointed but small, with nowhere to store dry food goods. Perhaps a shelf on the wall would suffice.

The best

Very spacious villa. Excellent facilities - large pool, hot tub, TV with full range of channels (including Sky Sports and Movies), nice views and easy access to the town and beaches.

To be improved

The beds in the downstairs rooms were not up to the standard of the rest of the accommodation. Only a minor problem as the villa overall was excellent.

The best

Amount of space for everyone was great. Lots of storage space for clothes etc. Plenty of cups etc for 5. We already knew the location so ideal. An excellent villa and would recommend.

To be improved

2 keys would have been good to save using the lock box all the time.

“Fabulous property, spoiled by skimping on the basics!”

Location was excellent. Property was spotless and pictures are very representative of the property. Facilities are excellent. Bottle of wine, beer and water in fridge a nice touch, but I'd forego some or all of these for the basics outlined below.

To be improved

Contacted the representative by WhatsApp regarding air-conditioning not working in the bedrooms and a broken child safety gate, no response by the time we left property...disappointing! Skimped on basics, one roll of loo paper in each toilet, one dishwasher and washing machine tablet....for 7 people including 2 children under 4 in the group.
