“Our favourite spot in Fuengirola”

The best

Excellent pool area, plenty of seating. Air conditioning great, good amount of cooking utensils and items for cooking in the kitchen. The dishwasher was extremely handy as we cooked in the house several times during the week. Great location, we did not have a car, yet uber/bolt was cheap enough into town when we didn't feel up for walking, which can be easily done too if it's not too hot. Lovely terrace, beautiful barbecue area, sun loungers, washing machine for laundry, and an airer to dry your clothes outside. Very well maintained garden area and beautiful flowers/trees. Close to some shops for essentials which is excellent. Aitor is a really friendly and pleasant host and has helped us out both this time and in the past with easy check-in and handy information for the villa. This is an ideal spot with an excellent location for a relaxing break, and in a fair price range which is hard to come by these days. We couldn't recommend Villa Barranco more.

To be improved

Very little to dislike. There were a lot of insects around the garden, and we needed to be careful to remove rubbish daily as ants were attracted. However, this is not in any way the fault of the host, and it was fine for us to clean up, use repellent, and keep on top of it ourselves. A small price to pay for the beautiful trees and flowers all around !
