Interior looked dirty (couch with huge stains, pillows had holes) top floor stinky (from toilet or shower) no kitchen interior (no knife that could cut a tomato) no warm water in shower problems with gate door (did not open anymore)

“Location over modern, this is your spot. View will save your hangover”

The best

20 minutes from everything. That part was Epic. The view was gas, absolute flames. Lowkey being up in the trees was amazing and away from loud craziness for us was perfect because we were a very rowdy group. We also rented a car (sober person on the trip… huge feet) but that was everything. Overall solid place great view amazing location.

To be improved

Coulda been cleaner forsure. Bit “sticky” the vibes were great so that doesnt deter. It was older spanish “mansion” vibes. Hair on the towels tho

Location is great, Ibiza old town and beaches to reach within 20 mins Great pool, very comfortable beds overall stay very good, pool was very clean, Sam was a very friendly and responsive host

To be improved

House could have been cleaner, kitchen could need a refresh, very old dish washer, coffee machine to pick up the garbage would habe been an additional 125 Euros. that should have been mentioned as additional costs or be in included in the price as well as insurance for the house. as we had cars we were able to bring the garbage to the landfill ourselves, they are easy to find and accessible
