Villa Benucia family guest house

My wife and I stayed here for a night. What a lovely place. A really calm and quiet area, private and cozy. A nice couple, a swedish woman and a northern irish man, runs this place, lovely and clean room, wifi and AC. Notice: We WANTED a quiet and tranquil place, and not a place in the middle of everything. For us it is a very nice location. If you want everything within a walking distance, consider something else. However, easy access to Altea and Albir with car or taxi (app 15€) Right outside there is a private pool with half a roof over, a nice area to rest, a couple of sunbeds and a «pool-bar». It is a «trustbar» er where you take what you want, and write it on a list, and later pay for:) A large fridge with lots of drinks, and water. We will definitely stay here again. The couple also owns a restaurant/pub nearby which is also worth a visit. Nice atmosphare with good food. Nothing fancy, but what they make they make well. We are testing the pizzas tonight and sunday roast tomorrow☺️

The room is large, comfortable and clean and includes a fridge also. The outdoor kitchen was available and super useful for making coffee and breakfast. There are a few nice seating areas around the super clean pool and beer/drinks are available for a very cheap price too. The host family are lovely - they checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the hill and a few restaurants nearby - we had a car but you could walk.

There was a communal outside kitchen where we could heat through some snacks. Ideal! And an honesty bar which was a nice start to our stay.
