“Great villa for the money and seamless process of checking in and out.”
The best

We loved how it was within walking distance to Ocean Beach, Cafes, Bars and Restaurants as well as many supermarkets. We loved the pool area and the space outside. Great for groups of all different types.

To be improved

Bathrooms could’ve done with a bit more ventilation and although construction work didn’t bother us whilst we were there, I could imagine once completed, the pool area of the villa will be largely overlooked by the apartments being built.

“Met the expectations”
The best

Villa was very clean and had all the amenities. We were a party of ten and there was plenty of space for everyone. I have to give a shout to Dave, he was great. Communications was very effective and easy, everything was well organized for our arrival with all the informations sent beforehand. We rented cars so it was easy for us to get access to where we needed to go, though parking near the house at night is not easy.

To be improved

We tought that AC should not be charged so we got a little disappointed with that. Additionally, right next to the villa there was some constructions going one, with a little bit of noise especially in the morning.

The best

David took good care of us and was always on a call when needed. The house is great value: I haven't found such facilities for that price anywhere else in Booking or Airbnb. WELL BE BACK MATE!

The best

The Villa was very clean and had a great outdoor space with a pool. Location was perfect, only a 10/15 min walk to San Antonio beach. Would love to come back and stay again next year, no complaints at all!
