The best

Property very attractive, outside had obviously been recently painted. Very well equipped, showers were spacious and modern. Space throughout really good. Good pool, well maintained, 2 cleans through the week.

To be improved

Possibly first let of the year, villa was cold and damp (weather initially didn’t help!), condensation and mould on windows/net curtains in lounge/ dining room. Not told of building site across road, luckily they weren’t too active that week.

“Great location, great size, dated in other ways.”

The best

We loved the space and the size of the property. The location was superb. We loved the early check-in and late check-out.

To be improved

We had to clean the fridge and the shower when we got there as it was dirty. We informed the agent and they apologised. There were not enough sun beds for all guests. The sink in the bathroom would not drain easily.

“Really enjoyed our stay”

The best

This villa was perfect for us, as a family of 5 adults. The views are lovely, the area is quiet, and the facilities at the villa were good. It's a very short walk to a small supermarket, and to quite a nice restaurant /bar. Bibibeca Vell is small, but pretty, and worth a walk around. We used the car to get around the island during the day. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the WiFi on arrival, and it was sorted very quickly.

To be improved

We found the beds a bit less comfortable than you might expect, but we did sleep.

“A lovely house, in a lovely location.”

The best

A great picturesque house with good facilities. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were good. The house is easy to get to from the airport, with space enough for 2 small rental cars, on the drive. The pool was great (but as advertised, is deep). The separate double en suite room, was great for our eldest son and his girlfriend to stay in. The location is quiet but just down the road from the small centre and supermarkets. It's also a short drive to larger supermarkets.

To be improved

Mattress toppers and mattress protectors may help the beds to be a little more comfortable but no one felt they were awful.

“Very good”

The best

Location, the pool, outside seating. The bathrooms were very good.

To be improved

Not enough sunbeds, dining table inside needs replacing, the awning looked shabby, the instructions needed to be less vague i.e regarding the recycling and rubbish disposal. Air conditioning would further enhance the villa.
