I did not have access to my email so wasn't fully clear on the instructions to follow which resulted in a bit of panic. It would have been helpful to have an emergency contact number as we arrived quite late and were tired. Once we figured out how to get the keys all was fine

“Not well maintained villa at a great location. Pictures differ from reality”

The location of the villa is great. Quite area, easy parking, close to the bay of Cala Blanca. Which has nice restaurants and is great for swimming.

To be improved

The villa is not well maintained and crucial items are missing. Next to this the descritpion is incorrect or I think could be more specific. Example: The villa has airconditiong is not really true. One airco unit for a 4 bedroom villa does not mean its cool during summertime. Maintenance like gardening is not done for months. And I would not use the bbq, as its old and very dirty. And I could go on and on......
