Villa Blue dream

Disappointing holiday experience. The listing only showcased two rooms, omitting one with a moldy, dirty bed due to a leaking air conditioner. The additional rooftop room resembled a shed, housing a water heater, lacking air conditioning, and reaching 40°C. It was bug-infested, with a door that wouldn’t close properly, making it uninhabitable for our family. Upon arrival, the property was unclean, with the outdoor area littered with dirt, beer cans, cigarette butts, and deflated pool toys. The outdoor sofa cushions were rotted. The pool was in poor condition, with loose tiles, a damaged waterproof membrane allowing bacterial contamination, and a broken, sharp-edged bottom outlet—posing a risk of injury. The pool turned green during our stay, and despite our requests, the owner refused to clean it, rendering it unusable for the final three days. The main door lacks an external handle, posing a high risk of locking yourself out. The property, was under-equipped, with insufficient forks, knives, plates, glasses, mugs, and no serving trays. The microwave was non-functional. Most of the provided bikes were unusable due to flat tires or loose parts. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing stay. After numerous discussions, the owner promised a 10% refund but, as anticipated, failed to follow through.

One thing to note is that while the villa has two bathrooms, there's only one toilet, which was a bit unexpected. However, this didn’t take away too much from our overall experience.
