Villa Bol-Can con piscina privada

The property was exceptionally clean, spacious and smelt beautiful 😍. It had all the facilities you need. The pool was cleaned twice within our week stay. Genuinely can’t give this property enough stars…it was exceptional. The host was a delight to deal with, communication 100%.

The villa was superb in a great location ( a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants via back door to the residence with key provided). Clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing family break. The owner was responsive and she provided us with all the information we needed via email. The area is peaceful and the garden well maintained. The pool was great although the water was very cold we still managed to use it. We loved the villa and wanted to extend our stay but was booked already for a next few months ahead. No wonder why, as it is a fabulous place and great value for money. I will look to book it again when we get back to Lanzarote.

We know the area well having been coming to playa blanca for the last 15 years for winter sun. Quiet location walking distance to a supermarket and a few restaurants. We have stayed in this type of villa many times however on arrival both toilets were not flushing properly and there was a lot of gurgling from the drains. We reported this to the owner first thing next morning and that evening a group of men arrived to fix it. We were grateful for that although I do think the cleaner must have noticed this before we arrived and it could have been rectified before our arrival. The water pressure if you want hot water is almost a trickle and that includes the showers so not great. The pool was fine on the first day but got cooler as each day passed . The day before our departure the pool cleaner / maintenance man came and I mentioned this to him. He looked at various things around the pool made a call and then cleaned the pool. He told me there was something wrong with the lever ? And said it was now correct and left . I never gave it another thought until that evening when I received a message basically accusing us of tampering with the pool mechanism!!! I have never been more offended. We are mid and late sixty’s wouldn’t have the first idea of where to start to interfere with a oool maintenance system . I did respond to the owner telling them the same but have never had a reply. Needless to say I would not recommend and will not be back.
