“Very pleasant, calm and beautiful villa very close to the town”

The best

The localisation was great. The Landlord was very friendly and supported us a lot by all kind of situations. We like that the house is new, well equipped, not visible damages at home, wifi works very well, the backyard of the house is also ok, nice swimmingpool, great localisation, - very close to the town, at the same time, very private and calm neighborhood so no any music or sounds coming from the town or the airport. Just we and our time together with family. We spent there very nice time, and definitely try to book this property next year.

To be improved

Only one think which we were complaining about is the lack of dishwasher but we discussed it with the owner, he said that the water in Ibiza is very bad quality and it destroys the dishes that's why they decited to get rid of all dishwasher in all of the villas, what I find very reasonable argument, but still... not having a dishwasher in a 6 -8 person House.. well... that's very annoying.. someone needs to clear it every meal.. and again and again... it's just a lot of stupid work which need to be done. Maybe it could be solved in some way?
