The villa is in a beautiful location very peaceful with a beautiful pool. The managing agents are super helpful and were on call the whole trip. Ricardo at RINCON was brilliant

To be improved

Although it’s very homely it is a bit tired in areas. The decking with the beautiful views is all a bit broken and the furniture very tired. Unfortunately the A/c wasn’t working in the main bedroom but the agents did supply a mobile unit and as the villa is open plan to he air from the other rooms did circulate. The outside fridge wasn’t working. But we still had a fabulous time I think if a little care was taken in some of the areas this villa would be faultless

The location and the view are spectacular

To be improved

1. No swimming towels , just shower towels 2. bugs, mosquitoes and ants inside the house 3. Yellow Stains on the white sheets that were spread on the mattress 4. Outdoor chairs and beds are worn off and need replacing ..the wooden floor also needs repair

modern style villa with an absolute priceless view

To be improved

needs abit of upkeep on the inside but only down to previous people damaging things. some plug sockets hanging out the walls and wardrobe door handles broken. but a fantastic villa overall.
