“Almost excellent but some economies irritate”
The best

Great location, nice pool, lovely gardens, great outdoor eating/cooking/bbq area. Really good for a family holiday with adult children, partners and grandchild. Handy for excellent cycling - two of our party are cyclists.

To be improved

Slowest coffee machine ever, beds not all very comfortable, nowhere to store food (other than fridge), little things like the plugs in the kitchen sinks didn’t stop water draining away. All minor stuff but overall drop the rating from excellent to good.

“Lovely villa in a great location with really good use of outside space.”
The best

Great villa with fabulous space indoors and out and lovely views of a Serra de Tramuntana mountains. Well equipped with everything you could need and comfortable beds. Pollensa is less than 10 minutes walk over the old roman bridge into the centre with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.

The best

The property is very spacious and in the ideal location, only a twenty minute walk from the centre of Pollensa. The outside space is perfect especially the barbecue area with the added bonus of a fridge freezer. The pool is a great size, and the garden is beautiful and well maintained.

To be improved

When we arrived the electric gate was not working and took two/three days to get repaired. Although the Villa is set up for eight people there were two of us and the hot water ran out fairly quickly when the shower was in use.

“Fabulous relaxing week away exploring the delights of Pollenca”
The best

The pool was gorgeous, we loved the outside sitting and kitchen area. The garden is lovely and very private. Plenty of plates & glasses etc Pollenca is a lovely old town and was only a 10 min walk with wonderful cafes, restaurants, and shops!

To be improved

Some of the beds were a bit hard. And we struggled to get taxis, but the bus stop was only 10min away. If you would like to explore further than Pollenca we would recommend a rental car.
