“Fabulous Villa”

The best

The villa was absolutely lovely. The villa had individual A/C /heating units in each room which i felt was great. The villa was situated in a perfect location right near the beach, super markets and the land train. WIFI was available and everything you could need was available. Would recommend and will be booking again, thank you.

to lock the front gate this could only be done from outside ,the front door to the property didn't close properly. The lights in one bedroom wouldn't switch off rendering the bedroom unusable, the kitchen sink waste leaked excessively from the waste ,one bathroom waste leaked so badly it flooded the bathroom, Cigarette butts were found under the bed and there was rubbish in the drawers. the extractor didn't work in the kitchen, a key safe would have made the departure from the property far easier than having to divert the taxi 2 miles to deposit the keys at the office >

I liked the Villa and the bathrooms plus the pool and rooms in general.

The picking up of the keys was abysmal. Not allowed to pick up the keys until the afternoon (they are closed from 1.30pm to 4pm) and then they had to be picked up from the Plusholidays office which was a few kilometres away. We arrived at the Villa at 2pm (12 of us including a young child and an elderly lady) and several people sat with the cases outside of the Villa, people taking turns to walk to a bar or wait with the cases, during the next 2 hours. 2 of us then took a taxi to the office, after 4pm when it opened where there were huge queues of people wanting to collect their keys. We were given 2 sets of keys despite their being up to 14 guests allowed. Also the 3 exterior doors were lockable and unlockable only with a key so we had to have at least one door either unlocked (a security risk) or locked which meant it would have been impossible to open in the event of a fire and emergency exit. The Booking.com email said that pick up was onsite. There were no instructions for the appliances and the beds were uncomfortable. The oven was broken for 3 days of our 1 week stay.
