The Villa was for 6 people but we felt that it would be too small for 6 adults or even 4 adult and 2 children! We had a problem with Algae in the pool and were unable to use it for 3-4 days.

Very quiet and relaxed location. Close to the amenities and just what is needed for a relaxing time. Big enough space for a group to enjoy the villa without needing to go out for dinner.

“No aircon ruined our summer stay, despite gorgeous pool and nice villa, no aircon and on a very busy, noisy road”

The best

Lovely pool (cleaned regularly) and spacious terrace with pretty gardens. Well located 5 mins walk from supermarkets, 10 mins walk from marina with all its great bars and restaurants, 15 mins walk from the pretty beach. Easy drive to nearby Ciutadella. Rooms an ok generally a good size though third bedroom small. Decor was smart and clean. Kitchen adequately stocked with pans etc though missing items such as a colander. Would only recommend out of the summer season due to lack of aircon.

No aircon making it impossible to keep this place cool in July/August and all of us struggled to get a decent night’s sleep. The ceiling fans do little to help. If you open the windows the road noise is horrendous - motorbikes, buses, lorries and cars zoom past noisily on this major road into Cala n Bosch. The Wi-Fi did not work the entire week we were there. I managed to send one email then got kicked off the network! Very old looking Wi-Fi router. I would find it impossible to recommend this villa to a friend unless it was to stay in a cool, quieter season (winter or spring say) and so long as they didn’t need Wi-Fi!
