“Enjoyed our stay, but there were a few niggles which I’m sure can easily be sorted for future occupants”

The best

Outdoor area is lovely to spend time during the day around the pool and in the evening having a barbecue. Nice loungers and umbrellas to use too. Quiet area, easy to get to local beach- 5minutes walk away; Shops and restaurants are 7 minute walk. Air conditioning worked well, very needed in the heat! Well equipped kitchen. Lovely dining area we could use for diners and playing games.

To be improved

Unfortunately villa was full of dead bugs when we arrived, would have been nice to walk in to a clean house. Only 1 toilet roll per bathroom-had to go buy more as we were 5 people staying there. Plates and cutlery were dirty, had to put most of them through the dish washer before we could use anything. Dishwasher didn’t work well, had to double wash most of our dishes. The bedroom we stayed in (double with en suite) had a light which didn’t stop emitting light once switched off-like a type of sky light. Kept us awake at night-no side lamps to use either.

“November holiday”

The best

We stayed at the villa for a winter break and we were surprised that the weather was very good during our stay. All was as shown on the pictures and the communication with the ones who manage the property was superb. The villa is well equipped and comfortable, a big house for just a couple but with a cozy living room - kitchen area. Close to the beach even if we did not swim and also to the center of Can Picafort. Also, Palma and the airport are within less than an hour drive from the property. All in all, we can only recommend this accomodation.
