“Full of charm and very useable.”
The best

Beautiful villa full of charm and close to the old town. And it even has a well behaved cat if they are your thing. We loved it and hope to be back one day.

To be improved

As others have said air con could do with extending especially to when you are getting ready for dinner 5-7pm.

The bedroom downstairs felt damp and musty . The dishwasher wasn’t good . The timer with the air conditioner was a problem with the baby

The best

Location was good, few min walk from old town square, also only 15mins in taxi to the port or Alcúdia. Some supermarkets nearby to help with food access Spacious, plenty of room for our group, very clean.

To be improved

Although there were notices within the villa, there didn’t seem to be much hot water. A group of 6 females getting ready to go out meant not everyone got a warm shower. The aircon, was good but we couldn’t control ourselves. It was on automatically 8pm-8am, which helps as it’s warm but also meant we’d wake a bit stuffed up from the air, we just couldn’t control it ourselves but not a big issue
