“Great location for girls' trip!”

The best

We loved the authentic, Spanish villa feel and decor of this home. The home is built into the hills with amazing views of the mountains and the water - walking distance into Port de Soller - the wonderful options for outdoor dining! The hostess was welcoming, responsive and courteous! We loved our stay - the highlight of our trip

To be improved

The place was a bit challenging to find - once we found the driveway and determined which unit was ours, it was great. The spiral staircase and steep steps at all levels renders this location not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The location was very good. It was spacious with a nice home like feel about it.

To be improved

The double needs upstairs were uncomfortable and were similar to camp beds. The downstairs bed was comfortable and a proper bed.

“Great villa”

The best

The villa is beautifully situated. We loved the authentic style of the villa, which was very comfortable. We chose the villa for its location and the pool and were not disappointed. The villa is well equipped and has great areas to relax in. Beautiful.

To be improved

The villa arrangements do not allow you to leave luggage prior to arrival and departure times. This is really inconvenient when flight times don't match with arrival times. In high temperature heats, this was an additional issue. Can only imagine for families with children this would be a bigger problem. Maybe a luggage store could be given consideration! In regards to furnishings, the shower curtains were heavily stained with mildew, we appreciate staining to the showers given the age of the property, but curtains are cheap enough to replace and given the cost to the villa per night .... Cushions for the rattan outdoor furniture would also be a bonus.

Character, fairly quiet given its proximity to beach and road. Terrace was lively place to sit on a warm day

Showers very cramped and shower curtain clingy! Bed springs rather creaky

“Lovely Quirky Villa”

The best

A lovely old rustic building with quirky and eccentric charm. Nice outdoor spaces set on three different terraces that had the sun all day. The terraced gardens are full of Almond, Olive and Lemon trees. The house is very well equipped and the property management company were excellent. It's a less than 10mins walk on the flat into the harbour with all the restaurants.

To be improved

It is what is, it's an old agricultural building that's been repurposed into accomdation so don't expect a chic modern villa. A makeover of the bathroom shower facilities would be first on my to do list as the owner. Just be aware it's got a very steep spiral staircase to the first floor bedrooms. Probably not suitable for small kids , elderly or those mobility issues.
