The location was perfect for us. Right across the street from the water and two beautiful beaches.

To be improved

House smelled musty. Toilet seat and shower head were broken. Lots of mosquitos. No on-site parking despite a garage in the lower level. Parking is tough during the day and would be extremely difficult in high season. Almost no communication with hosts. Had to request location of key as it was not provided. They failed to respond to over 6 different messages and did not fix the toilet seat or shower head when notified.

Perfect location, few walking minutes away from 2 nice and quiet beaches & 5-7 minutes by car till Alcudia town center.

To be improved

The house, it's furniture and everything is old. Very old. So there's the specific smell that won't wear off with all the doors & windows wide open.
