The best

Great pool, garden and outside space, set in a mature residential area with very little noise from other villas. Plenty of safe space for younger children to play and adults to relax outside. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. The letting agent was also responsive and helpful.

To be improved

On the first day it appeared there may have been an issue with damp over the winter, the villa mostly dried out within 24 hours of heating and ventilation, but some of the soft furnishings needed replacing in my opinion (mainly in the smaller bedroom). The location was nice and quiet but generally most places required a taxi/car ride, so one to bear in mind more than a negative.
