The pool was dirty (filter not working) for the first few days. Was sorted later in our stay but pool was still useable before that (perhaps too many bugs..!!). Some of the smaller mattresses were lumpy and may need renewing.

“Superb”

The best

Fantastic villa located in a peaceful surrounding near Pollensa Town. Short drive to supermarkets, beach and other attractions. Great area for runners and cyclists although road to get there is very narrow but that's typical in Mallorca. On our arrival we were very positively surprised as the villa looked even better than on the pictures. It's spacious enough, great pool area, clean pool, fantastic barbecue section, beautiful views and the sound of crickets, goats and birds we woke up each morning to. Also I would like to mention the plants are so well kept and lush all around the villa and a short walk up the hill you can admire the view of the sea and the mountains.. The rooms were perfect for our family. One large ensuit with a walk in wardrobe was the best, the other 3 bedrooms were also a decent size and clean.. Air con worked well. The kitchen was well equipped . It's not a luxury villa but for what we paid we think it's totally worth it and would definitely stay there again in the future.

We arrived at night and although the Google pin drop was in front of the gate since there was no sign we were a bit confused and didn't want to enter someone's property. Some local residents told us there is another Can Fanals round the corner and we were driving in circles. Fortunately the agent gave us some instructions and we managed to get in late in the evening. We've had issues with the fuses but apparently there was a power cut in the whole area. When that happens follow the instructions written on the fuse box but the agent came with another solution which partially worked (the oven didn't). The only thing I think needs a revamp are bathrooms and especially the one downstairs. It's very useful to have one there but the standard could be better.
