“Lovely villa, great location and would recommend”

The best

The location is excellent and just a 15 mins walk into the old town square of Pollenca. The villa outside area is extremely well maintained. The pool is exceptionally clean and the garden area is immaculate. Inside the kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom feels modern and clean. The bedrooms are spacious.

To be improved

There’s nothing we didn’t like but just 2 things. There are no garden umbrellas and so no shade around the pool area. Secondly the air conditioning in the main double bedroom is temperamental. The temperature settings were difficult to work out on the remote. I think this needs fixing as it is very hot in that room sometimes

The house smelt damp and was very dated . We didn't feel very secure as the front door didn't lock properly

“Beautiful, well appointed, family friendly villa in an excellent location.”

The best

A really well thought out villa. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the garden is lovely, with orange and lemon trees, flowers and a beautiful pool. We are a family of four with two young children and there were plenty of pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery so it was easy to self cater when we chose to. The 15 minute walk into the old town was lovely and convenient. We enjoyed walks up to Mirador de Calvari and Puig de Maria, and short drives to Formentor and Puerto de Pollensa and the start of the walk to Cala Bòquer

To be improved

A washing airer would be really useful - there's a small wall mounted rack but we needed a little more drying space esp after a huge thunderstorm with torrential rain! The shower drainage was really slow so on our first day the bathroom floor flooded a bit - unexpected wet room! We got used to running it slowly and in shorter bursts but I imagine it would be straightforward to address.

“Gorgeous villa in perfect secluded location, close to centre of town”

The best

Everything! Gorgeous, secluded villa within walking distance of the centre of Pollença. Surrounded by gardens, with various fruit trees, on all sides of the villa with a lovely pool. Great size kitchen with all necessary amenities, outdoor kitchen area with seating & bbq creating a sociable space to catch up whilst cooking. Air conditioning in rooms to keep the temperature comfortable at night. Great communication provided on arrival details.

To be improved

Just needs a name plate to identify the villa as only draw back when trying to locate in the dark.

There was a very musty smell within the villa……especially the kitchen cupboards which made all the crockery and utensils smell. The range of crockery etc looked like it was randomly bought. The garden was not kept very well though the garden maintenance turned up to cut the grass whilst we were there, I think it should have been done before our stay.
