The best

Fabulous Villa, everything was as we would've expected. Great location with easy short journeys to Pollensa and Alcudia towns and beaches. Pool towels were plentiful and a good quality. The Pool man / Handyman visited regularly and also cleared our outside bins. The beer and welcome pack was a very nice surprise. Mallorca Holiday Properties people were always on hand and very very helpful and dealt with any problems that we had.

To be improved

These are just small things that did not spoil our holiday at all. The bed linen was past its best and on master beds did not fit, together with bath & hand towels being past there best too. There was no oven gloves or tea towels. There were no toiletries and soap in only some of the bathrooms. We didn't realise until arrival that we had to pay for electricity, (possibly didn't read the small print) we had very hot weather and had seven bedrooms with aircon on all night probably making our bill a little higher than the norm, it came to 385 euros as a guide.
